Our boneless-skinless thighs are definitely a favorite.  Great on the grill, the pan, oven or wok. The versatility of a boneless skinless thigh is pretty hard to beat.   

The flavor of our organic pasture-raised raised poultry is unmatched.  Raised as they should be - on grass, in sunlight and  moving daily to fresh ground abundant with insects, worms, grubs and wild forages. Our birds receive supplemental feed that is certified 100% organic with zero corn and soy.
