The mother of all taco meat - The Skirt Steak.  This is the traditional steak used for carne asada or fajitas. Our 100%grassfed skirt steak is packed full of nutrition and flavor. Similar to the flank steak, these steaks are great for marinades and excellent on the grill. 

*Due to a miscommunication with our processor, our current inventory of this item is packaged in varying weights - from .4 lbs all the way to 1.6 lbs.  We will try our best to fulfill orders with the least amount of cuts.  For example, if you order 1 pound, your delivery may be a single 1 pound cut, or two half pound cuts.  Likewise, if you order 5 pounds, your order may arrive as 7 or 8 cuts that total 5 pounds.  We apologize for this temporary inconsistency.

The day your order is shipped we select and weigh your item/s so you are charged for the exact weight - might be a little higher or a little lower. Your payment will then captured. This will not affect any shipping discounts reached at checkout.
