The Hanger Steak is a real treat.  If you haven't tried one, you need to.  This cut (also called Butcher's steak) is a rich and flavorful cut that, historically, the butcher would take home rather than sell.  It's taste and texture compare to ribeye cap meat or a flank steak.  It is excellent marinated and grilled.  Give it a try, you won't regret it!
