Considered a delicacy in many cultures, Beef Tongue is gaining popularity here in the US.  Our grassfed beef tongue is wonderfully tender and flavorful. Preparation is easy, just simmer the tongue until tender, remove the outer skin and then shred or slice. The texture and flavor is often compared to roast beef.  It makes a great addition to soups and stir fry. And if you haven't tried tacos de lengua you are missing out!
