Our 100% Grassed Beef offers several unique nutritional benefits. Raised and finished on diverse forages replete with native grasses, forbes and legumes, these animals enjoy robust phytochemical rich diets that is bioaccumulated in their meat and then passed on to us, the consumer. One key benefit is the higher content of omega-3 fatty acids. Not only DHA, but EPA and ALA Omega-3s are essential for heart health, vision, reducing inflammation, and supporting brain function. 100% Grassfed beef also contains higher concentration of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12, zinc, and iron, which are important for energy production, immune function, and red blood cell formation.
