Our 100% grassfed ground lamb is processed single-animal only.  This means the product you receive came from one animal, not hundreds. This ensures higher quality control, food safety, and more humane handling of the animals.  The fat content is typically 85/15.  Grassfed Ground lamb offers a number of health benefits, including excellent Omega 6:3 ratio, rich amounts of CLA, and high levels of Vitamin A & E.
